This article shows the roles and their permissions in Rencore Governance
Rencore Governance comes with four different roles which each permit different functions within the tool, these are:
The owner manages the entire workspace within Rencore Governance and has the highest level of permission. This role is automatically assigned to the user who setups Rencore Governance.
This role is similar to that of the Owner, where the user can administer the workspace, add new users. However, this role cannot delete workspaces nor change owners, as such this is the second-highest role available.
A Contributor can create/modify dashboards, tiles, checks, and automation. This role does not have permission to edit the workspace or add users.
Can only read the information present in Rencore Governance. This role has the lowest level of permission available.
