A check lets you put your governance plan that currently exists on paper into technology. Checks are your governance rules that you want us to monitor for you. By setting up a check we alert you when the check is violated.
Rencore Governance comes with a selection of default checks which can be modified, as well as being able to configure your own checks. Click here for more details on creating a check.
You can define if you want to trigger an automation when the check is violated. The automation can either be a notification message (via Teams, Email or Slack) or it triggers more powerful integrations like PowerAutomate, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions through which you can resolve the issue detected.
