What is the Rencore Governance self-hosted version?

This article explains what is the self-hosted version of Rencore Governance

Selfhosting with Rencore Governance means that you deploy the required resources and infrastructure in your own Azure subscription, and create the necessary Azure AD applications in your Azure Active Directory. This means you will have full control over the system and data, and also the responsibility of maintaining, operating, and monitor it.

Resources required in the self-hosted edition include
  • Azure Virtual Network
  • Network Security Group
  • Azure App Service
  • Azure App Service Plan
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure Storage Accounts
  • Azure Container Instances
  • Azure Container Registry
  • Azure Key Vault
  • Application Insights
  • Azure Database (for PostgreSQL that can be optionally used for increased performance)

Updates to the Rencore Governance self-hosted edition are provided by Rencore regularly with a delay of 2-4 weeks after these updates have been rolled out into our SaaS offering, allowing it to pass through our full DevOps and QA cycles.
Customers will need to upgrade the self-hosted edition themselves, as updates become available.
